Returns & Refund Policy

I hope you are delighted with your purchase. Please contact me directly at sue@suecolyer.com in the first instance if you wish to return or exchange an item. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me if the item is damaged or incorrect.   

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Where a product has been made to a bespoke size it will not be possible to return unless damaged.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 Refunds
As soon as a product has been returned and inspected a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note return postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
